General conditions of sale
Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products (clothing, accessories, etc.) made by Tickcirk EI, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET number 93433218000017, via its website Tickcirk.com.
Article 2: Products
The products offered for sale are made to order, in collaboration with our supplier. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Product photographs and descriptions are not contractually binding.
Article 3: Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, excluding taxes (VAT not applicable - Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. Tickcirk reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4: Order
The customer places an order on the website. Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Tickcirk.com confirms the order by email.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is made online via online payment. The debit is made at the time of order confirmation.
Article 6: Delivery
Products are delivered by our supplier to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the product and destination. Tickcirk.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to our supplier or the carrier.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to change your mind! If a product you have purchased on our website does not suit you, you have 14 days from the day you (or someone you designate) received the product to inform us of your decision to withdraw.
Article 8: Returns and Refunds
You have the right to change your mind and return an item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective. Article 9: Liability
Tickcirk.com is responsible for the proper execution of the order. However, it cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, customer error, or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party.

The trademarks, logos, visuals, and texts appearing on the website are the property of Tickcirk.com or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Article 11: Personal Data
The personal data collected from customers is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
Article 12: Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
